The service tech was friendly and on time. The person who we dealt with in office gave us an inflated estimate, 3x more than what was discussed at visit, with no real justification or price breakdown. Unhappy and unsatisfied, did NOT use company.

Sewer leaks were recently found under my house in an area Atlas had performed repairs under my slab a few years ago. I have had 4 independent plumbers look at the photos of the work Atlas performed and point out the same issue that has caused new sewer leaks. Unfortunately I was not educated enough at the time to see the obvious issue. They didn't secure the pipes to my slab so of course the pipes collapsed sometime after the tunnel was filled.
