FOLLOW UP: If you read the business's reply to my review below, they DID NOT do work ANY work much less work that was "warranteed", they NEVER arrived to paint the shower stall, and there are no "holes" and it's not even a tub - it was just an awful mauve color we wanted to be painted white. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!! ORIG REVIEW: Called Melky Lopez, we scheduled a job a week away at our summer home on Cape Cod. The day before, I texted to confirm the appointment. My husband drove 2 hours to meet him there, he never showed up. I called him, he said he would send a guy within the hour so my husband waited. THAT guy never showed up either....FOLLOW UP: If you read the business's reply to my review below, they DID NOT do work ANY work much less work that was "warranteed", they NEVER arrived to paint the shower stall, and there are no "holes" and it's not even a tub - it was just an awful mauve color we wanted to be painted white. Terrible company. Showed up to reglaze my bathroom tiles. After prepping the bathroom they told me they did not have enough paint to do the job in the color they specially ordered for the job and wanted me to choose a different color instead so they would not have to come back another day. I said no. They rescheduled the job for the upcoming Saturday at 10:30. Nobody ever showed up. It's a rental property, so I went home. At 1 in the afternoon they finally arrived and called looking for me. Floors that were refinished just 2 years ago. I contacted their insurance company and I am waiting for them to come out and assess the damage.

Had kitchen sink done 2 years ago. It sat for a couple weeks without use while I was waiting for my counter tops. It had plenty of time to cure. As soon as I started using it...it started to chip. Within a couple months there were many chips. I could pick this paint off with my finger nails. I called them and they came to tell me it was my fault and the warranty doesn't cover this(so I noticed on other people comments, same thing, "warranty doesn't cover this"). They wanted me to pay full price again. I said, no way. 2 years later my sink has chips every where and the white paint has staining. The product they use is very cheap. I heard this has happen to many others out there with Atlantic reglaze. They may charge less but you get what you pay for. Please a company that uses quality products it will be worth it in the end. Please learn from my lesson because I'm paying to have it done again but with a reputable company who uses quality products and stands behind their work.

I had a clawfoot tub reglazed in one of my rental units. On the day of installation, there were some minor issues. The first worker who arrived only spoke Spanish, but thankfully, a second worker eventually came who spoke English. Overall, the tub turned out well; the finish looks good, especially considering it was a very old tub.
The real problem, however, came from the overspray during the process. They didn’t cover the adjacent wall, and when they used mineral spirits, it stripped the paint. While this wasn’t a huge issue since I simply repainted the wall, the bigger problem was that they oversprayed onto the shower head and toilet paper...I had a clawfoot tub reglazed in one of my rental units. While this wasn’t a huge issue since I simply repainted the wall, the bigger problem was that they oversprayed onto the shower head and toilet paper holder.
I reached out to customer service, and initially, I was told that someone would come out to address the issue. I waited from 11 a.m. to about 1 p.m. on Monday, only to be informed that the technician was on another job. They offered to schedule someone to come out on Friday, but that wouldn’t work for me because of my job. After I explained this, they told me to buy mineral spirits and use them to remove the overspray.
I bought the product and tried using it, but as I suspected, it didn’t work since the overspray is sealed onto the metal and plastic of the shower head and toilet paper holder. In the end, I had to go to the store to buy replacements, and I’m now out $60 due to their mistake. I won’t be using their services again.
Recently contracted them to honor the warranty because the Reglaze is bubbling and peeling off it’s only been a little over a year and was told they won’t honor the warranty because I left a bad review. Be aware hire them at your own risk.
