I tried Atlant for fix the handle that fell off the freezer door of our Samsung refrigerator. The gentleman arrived promptly, demonstrated extreme skill and ingenuity and fixed a difficult issue that had stumped Sears. Superbly professional and excellent capability; charged a fair price. They have earned my total trust and confidence.
We had our oven die over the holidays and Eric came quickly, and was right on time. He replaced both igniters and we were back and business. His work was professional and done at a reasonable price.
I can't recommend Erik more highly, he does tremendous work and is the consummate professional. I bought a house a number of years ago which had a few very expensive installed appliances that either didn't work at all or didn't work partially. I lost count of the number of repairmen I called to come and take a look, many of whom claimed to be experts at appliance repair. They all said the same thing, the appliances could not be fixed. There were no parts to service them, and everything should just be replaced. And they said this with such certainty, and almost laughed when I asked if there might be any potential solutions. Shortly before I was about to give up, I came across a positive review for Erik which had him repairing a microwave similar to the nonworking one I had. So I gave him a call and he came by and assessed everything. The first job was a very newish refrigerator which was under a warranty that was not being honored. He identified the problem, ordered the OEM parts and got it fixed. The labor charge was very fair and he even gave me a discount for no reason. Once that was done, he took on the built-in microwave which hadn't worked in five years and then a broken stove top burner lighter. He did such a good job on that one, I had him replace all the other burners as well, so essentially I have a brand new stove. He also got the microwave working which thrilled (and surprised) me. I have found Erik to be professional and courteous (he always asks to take off his shoes before he enters my house), and very communicative. He updates his arrival times via text and accepts electronic payments via Venmo easily. All in all, I couldn't be happier with his work and he will be my go-to repair expert.
