I called to see if they could repair my snowblower. Yes, they could and would pick it up tomorrow. They did pick it up and returned it in 4 hours! This was extraordinary news as a large snow storm was 36 hours away. Everyone else I called quoted a lead time of 10-14 days.
Have been Central Saw customer for decades. They appear to be closed. At Your Service was recommended to me by friends. I called them yesterday and they picked my snow thrower up that day. It is fixed and will be delivered back tomorrow. Adam Francis, the owner, is great to work with. I highly recommend him and will use him from now on.
