This gonna be my 3rd time sending my laptop to them. They fixed the 1st problem that I had which was the bio frozen, now the laptop came to me with a malfunction in the keyboard (stuff that I didn't do) I sent it again because of that asking for a replacement, now I got my laptop back WITH THE SAME PROBLEM they changed the keyboard but I still have the same problem, I don't understand, they don't even test what they were doing it's ridiculous. Now I'm gonna send it for 3rd time God!

I sent in my ASUS TUF gaming laptop for repair on a cracked screen. I have spent $115.34 plus the diagnostic fee only to receive a screen with dead pixels. I have contacted ASUS customer support on this matter to request a refund of my payment and was told that I would be contacted by "higher staff"; I have yet to be contacted by them. I called them again only to be hung up on (2 times) before I could even speak with an assistant. This is absolutely negligent and poor quality control from ASUS. I will no longer be doing business with this company.

I sent in my 2080 as it stopped working 6 months after purchase. They bent the mounting bracket on my 2080 then blamed me for it and are refusing to repair. I have been quoted $700 for a replacement which is more than I paid for the card in the first place and same as a 3080 is priced now... Below are the pictures of the damage they sent me and my pictures from before. No damage to the box and the card was secured inside. Picture proof that there was no damage before, no damage to the box, and yet damage exists after they receive it... I was told they have years of experience and know how to open a box without damaging the contents. Well acci...I sent in my 2080 as it stopped working 6 months after purchase. Have had to send 2 things here. My motherboard was quickly replaced with the same model in great condition, and my laptop took a while to repair (didn't have part in stock) but just came back perfectly repaired no issues. One of the better RMA services I've dealt with.
