I got my bath reglazed by New Superior Tub this week and they did an incredible job. From the young lady in the office who helped set up my appointment to the man who came to do the job, everything was extremely professional. They leave behind instructions on how to clean the tub and answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend New Superior Tub to anyone with reglazing needs!

I had my tub re-glazed by New Superior Tub and they did a terrific job. The customer service is excellent. There was a small (quarter-sized) area on the outside lower portion of the tub that was missed in the glazing process. When I noticed it, I called and they sent a repair person the following week to touch-up the area. They are very responsive, they have e-mail and they have a human answering the phone so you always get a response. I highly recommend this company. The cost was very reasonable.

Poor experience and would recommend you go with a more professional company. A few minor issues that leads to a bad experience.
1) Cash/check only company. Not a huge deal, but definitely a negative.
2) They left everything covered when complete and don't return the next day to clean up/remove the garbage. (See pictures)
3) They removed the shower doors and don't put them back on. (See pictures). They refuse to send anyone back to put the doors back on because they "aren't trained to do that". If that's the case then why did they remove the doors in the 1st place? Communicate with your customer before you do something like that, not aft...Poor experience and would recommend you go with a more professional company. I really dislike leaving a negative review but I would have a very hard time recommending this company for the following reasons:
1. My first scheduled appointment was a No-Show. I had to call the office to inquire if someone would be coming. We ended up having to reschedule.
2. There was zero follow up or confirmation for my next appointment, I had to call the office again to see if someone would be coming.
3. Upon completing the job, my bathroom and surrounding areas of my apartment were in a complete state of disarray. Paint chips, and dust everywhere and were not cleaned up at all (outside of my bathroom)

5. It has been over 24 hours and the paint is still not totally dry, I'm assuming my shower will not be usable for a few more days which was not communicated to me.
6. While I appreciate how throughly everything was taped, there were still a few areas missed and paint on my sink.
Overall, I would hope that New Superior improves their customer communication (appointment confirmation, providing direction to customers post-appointment, updating instructions which are not legible). Additionally, my apartment was left in a total mess (specifically paint chips everywhere) and I would hope that they would be responsible for cleaning that to the best of their ability.
My technician was quiet and seemed kind. He also did a good job taping.
