Zero stars, the customer service lady was extremely rude. This place definitely will not receive any of my money. (UPDATE) It was definitely the right number. Did you forget caller ID exists on smartphones??? Whoever that lady was needs to be FIRED or you will continue to lose potential business.
If you need it, they have it or can get it. Knowledgeable and kind staff. You’ll pay a few dollars more than ordering parts online, but it’s well worth it for no shipping and great customer service.
Love this place. Been here 2 different times. One for a dishwasher part and another for a dryer replacement part. Had both on hand for a fair price. Got some good chit chat in while there too. Good group of people and I’d highly recommend them.
