Dan Brown and Asheville Technology Services definitely gets a 5 star review from me! After my long-time IT person moved away, I was skeptical I could find anyone as wonderful to work with. I was wrong. Dan Brown is awesome! He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, personable, reliable and accessible. Highly recommend him and his company!
I couldn't more highly review ATS! Dan and Greg are quick to respond, patient with even the most basic of questions, and extremely knowledgeable in their field. They are great about providing recommendations without pushing their own agenda or just trying to make money- I feel they genuinely care for the well being of their customers and their business. Both guys are pleasant and professional, while still maintaining a friendly and personal relationship with each employee at our office. We had a less enjoyable situation with our previous IT firm (big company with lots of techs) and were worried that having less techs with ATS might be a probl... I couldn't more highly review ATS! Dan is patient and thoughtful - and knows his stuff. We've known and worked with him for years and have always appreciated his opinion, expertise, and the way he explains and helps you consider all your options. There's no one in IT we trust more - and we never hesitate to refer our own clients to him because we know they'll be in good hands.
ATS has provided my office computer support for several years and are the very best. They provide quick response time with a weath of knowledge that keeps my office up and running. Would recommend them without hesitation!
