I just read the reply to my review. And still can’t believe how this place is. I called before coming in and was told to just come in . I never was told they take appointments. I told the receptionist everything that was going on even the door panel being taken off because my husband thought he could fix it and that is why we bought a key hole and stated. “Use it if it fits, if it doesn’t it’s ok I can return it.” I paid for a service to have an alarm to take off and a door fix, I’m not the expert here and I don’t mind paying for a fix. I said that clearly but instead I was gaslighted and said I never said such and am being blamed! A professi... I just read the reply to my review. And still can’t believe how this place is. A professional place calls you and tells you the piece you got does not fit and it won’t be fix, I would have said to them please fix it even if a new part is needed (like I said in the beginning), it would not have escalated to this if there was better communication and listening skill and overall professionalism. I Never got a call for updates I had to be the one calling every time I even have the call logs. I only wasted my time telling the office staff what they did wrong because they obviously don’t care to learn from their mistakes. And when I called because the owner didn’t (said I would be mad and gave me a day to cool down ..when I had the whole weekend to cool down) he only said “I wish there is a way to help fix this”, that is not what should be said you need to tell people this is what I can do to fix the whole misunderstanding and then tell the options to the customer and I’m sure that if it’s a real solution it would have been agreed , but after my call on Tuesday I see their reply to my review still making me the problem I don’t want to continue getting treated like this. ( if you don’t want to believe the customer look back at the recording of when I came in or get cámaras installed so you can be sure before accusing someone) Original review: slow as possible mechanic. Terrible communication. They don’t take ownership of their mistakes. Office staff blamed me and the owner for the problems. Paid over $300 for a halfway fix.(simple door nob and keyhole fix) they don’t buy quality parts.Never coming back, safe yourself trouble, time, frustration and money.
