The installation of the flooring by Efrain was great. We were out of town while the flooring and carpet were installed. Efrain was so good about sending me pictures at the end of the day to show me the progress. There were a few hiccups with the carpet and that was due to a key member of their staff leaving abruptly. But everything was taken care of. We are very happy with the flooring and carpet. Melissa was very accommodating by letting us take home samples multiple times. While we were of unsure of which flooring to pick. Melissa picked out the perfect one. When we got home Liz tied up all the loose ends and gave us an additional discount...The installation of the flooring by Efrain was great. This place would get a higher review if it wasn’t for the install. Their customer service is good. They’re responsive. Their sales team is great. The floor has been in about 1.5 years or so now. The product is okay. Full disclosure we spent middle of the road money. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive. The laminate scratches easy, could just be the product we chose.

We had them install when we were out of town. We moved all furniture out and asked them to hang plastic so the rest of the house wouldn’t get messy. When we got home our entire house had a thick layer of dust throughout. They did not hang anything to protect rest of the house. Fine- easy fix.
The main issue is still a pain today. The man who installed told us he underestimated the amount of leveler he would need for our project. The floor is still not level and is now causing issues with the flooring. There are areas that are bowing. There are areas that are bouncing because there is no leveler underneath. There are a few areas that separate.
Anyways, as stated above, if the install didn’t create such issues this place would get a higher score. Perhaps purchase the product then find your own installer? Or install yourself if you’re able.

Needed to get some new stair trim, which made me nervous as a super small quantity. Went in on a hope and Melissa really helped out. Contacted the rep for parent vendor for what I needed, super prompt and helped me out on pricing. Got my trim fixed, was super on something that has been an issue with similar scenarios. Would use them again.
