I have had the worst experience with this company for over the last two years, first I had a dryer that broke. I took it in to get repaired, when I called them to go pick it up, they had sold my dryer. They would not give me my money I was told I would get it in-store credit I accepted that. I now need a refrigerator went back. Bought a refrigerator paid $250 for them to come install it and my whole front door is ripped up now the owner will not call me back. He told me to text him the pictures directly. I called today. Texted him no response. You would think, that a customer had a bad experience came back to your store You would treat them... We needed a washer right away. Brad was very helpful in helping us choose a good washer. We appreciate his passion for Speed Queen washers and bought one. Really like it so far. We need to replace other appliances and will be paying Arvada Appliance another visit. They are good people.

I would not recommend purchasing any appliance from Arvada appliance. I purchased a dishwasher from them in April 2025. Since the date of purchase, the dishwasher has broke 5 times. I am told by Arvada Appliance that they can do nothing about it and I need to call the warranty service company. I do that, and get told by the warranty service group that the dishwasher is fixed or fine, only for it break again. After the latest incident I called Arvada Appliance and asked them to replace the machine because it is obviously a lemon. They refuse claiming they can’t take the financial hit of replacing the machine because they are a small business.... Read full review

I am so happy we decided to get our new Speed Queen washer from Arvada Appliance. The owner, Brad, really took the time to answer all of my questions and I felt very informed throughout the whole process. Even though the washer was on back order, I received it before the expected time. The delivery was seamless, and the crew set up the washer and hauled the old ones away. They were super nice and professional. I will absolutely go back for any future appliance purchases. Highly recommend!

Ok, so I first started buying from Arvada appliance back in 2003. I desperately needed a fridge as mine went out. They fixed me up with a nice used fridge I could afford at the time and it went out just past the 90 day warranty. Bob fixed me up right away and delivered a brand new fridge to replace it without a blink. So i have now been buying my appliances from his son Brad for the last 23 years now on my 3rd house arvada appliances has been outstanding every time. Btw used appliance warranty is now 1 yr.
