So very pleased with our experience with this company! They were very responsive and were able to come out the next day! We live up in the mountains and it is extremely hard to get anyone to come up here. We were also pleased with them being able to complete all the tasks we needed which was so incredibly helpful. Prior to the inspection of the home we are buying, we had several questions regarding the process and Ethan (owner) was extremely thorough, professional and courteous in clarifying everything to expect during the inspection. On the day of the inspection, Max was the inspector on site. Jon did an absolutely amazing job! He started outside, came in to the kitchen and checked the main level and then went down and check the basement. He was very thorough. He took time and went over everything he found along with pictures and videos he took. Definitely will recommend to others! Melissa was also extremely kind over the phone, very helpful especially since I wasn’t exactly sure what I was asking for. They scheduled me super quick and the process was easy!
