Arneson Plumbing Heating & AC

Bought a house without any HVAC system and tried to get them to give me a quote to install a new one. For 3 weeks they said they'd send someone out and never did. Finally I used a friend's phone and name and asked for a quote and they said sure whats ths address. I gave them my address and after that they said they aren't doing quotes at this time. Its like my address was blacklisted. I went to Heartland Heating and Cooling and had a much better experience.

Arnesons ruined the finish on my new bathtub by using a very strong acid to try to unclog the drain, then after that did not work snaked the drain, damaged the pipes, and water started leaking through the ceiling into my dining room. I had to hire a second plumber to come and fix the mess. Called and left repeated messages for the owner and he never called me back or remedied the situation. Wrote him a letter and he ignored me and never responded. I will never do business with them again. Avoid Arnesons at all cost. Fast and responsive. Good quality work, but does not clean up after themselves

I am very upset with the quality of work and the disastrous mess they left behind. Had problems with clogged drains and back flowing water, and when they snaked it out and used the roto routor twice. Each time, they left sewage filth behind with old pieces of fecal matter and toilet paper all over the floor! They flooded the floor so aggressively that it actually pushed sewage past the wall into the next room! The stench was so unbearable that it had to be sprayed with bleach just to bear it.
