Amazing customer service! The technician was extremely polite and professional. They were at my house within 24 hours of my request and fixed my door on their first visit. Would most certainly recommend them to anyone needing prompt, expert door repair.
Our office struggled with a double door issue for a couple of years before we discovered Arkansas Door Service. In less than a week from initial contact, Mr. Ford came to Hot Springs and helped us. His communication, service and price were all excellent. We are so grateful to have our door repaired!
This company quoted me $150 for emergency service and when the guy got here, he charged me $350. They also did not secure the door like promised and the guy said he would come back and finish what he started before the end of the day because they pulled him off my job to go to another. A week later and he is still a no show. I had to call another company to get it fixed. I do not recommend this company at all.
I would highly recommend this company! They were prompt and up front with getting back to me with a quote! They gave me two quotes one low and one high and they were very reasonable and stayed with the two margins. The customer service was excellent and I am very happy with the repairs they did! I do not understand the bad review I just read. They were up front with the initial service call fee of $85.00. Any company doing work like this I have dealt with allways charged a service call fee up front! I was very pleased with the service and quote and would hire them again if need be!
