These guys were awesome. Attempted burglary of my home. Alarm system saved me but 3 windows were broken. These guys came out when they said next day service. Did a great job replacing glass and cleaning up all the broken glass Inside and out for a fair price. Again great professional service. I would highly recommend them. Thx again
Prompt service. I dropped off a busted storm door. The only downside is that the receptionist said it would be 4 to 6 weeks to get the glass.
My husband and I went to this business only once and will never go back. It took 2 months to finally be notified out tempered glass had come in. When we did receive it they had intentionally installed Plexiglas and charged us 145.00 for tempered glass. When we called them out on it they said it was because our glass we ordered never came in. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
I would never recommend this business. I bought a house that the previous home owner ordered and paid for 2 windows to be replaced February 15, 2023. I called this company numerous times and received a different answer each time I called. Was told they would call me back and never receive a call back. It got to where they wouldn't answer their phones. Ended up calling the previous owner's realtor. He was able to get in contact with them. They said they would be at the house to replace the windows on a Wednesday, May 31st, afternoon. I took half the day off of work for them to not show up, not answer their phones. Promised they would call me the next morning to let me know when they would be able to replace windows. No phone call, so I called and was told that they had to check and would get back to me. Finally called me back and said they would be there Friday, June 2nd late afternoon. They showed up and finally replaced the windows. In the process they damaged the frame of one of the windows. The worker knew he damaged it and never said a word. I contemplated letting the owner know, but decided the headache wasn't worth it. DON'T USE AGM IN ARKADELPHIA!
