Our pool builder installed a beautiful limestone patio around our pool and upon completion, incorrectly applied an acrylic sealer. After the first summer the stone surface was full of efflorescence, staining, and peeling. Mike from AZ Tile and Stone came out and immediately diagnosed the problem, and assisted in directing us to the ROC of Arizona. The inspector concurred with Mike’s assessment and we were able to get our pool contractor to pay for the repairs. Mike was super flexible with our timeline, as we had several projects going on at once. We had to reschedule and he was more than understanding.
