We had a great experience with Archadeck. Ben was great and easy to work with, and Carlos rebuilt us a beautiful new composite deck. It was amazing to watch it all come together over just two weeks! Thank you to Carlos for all of his hard work and making sure everything was done to the highest level of quality.
Ben was extremely attentive to the details of “the picture in my head” for our new concrete stamped deck, multiple stairs, hand rails, island and combination built in fire pit with a removable table option. My wife and I are very pleased with the finished work. A+

Rarely leave reviews but we cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Archadeck and working with Ben. We had a huge backyard project including demo of an old deck and patio and then recreating these spaces. Ben was amazing to work with from the design process all the way through to the final product. We loved having one point person throughout the whole project who was easy to communicate with and always responsive and receptive to our feedback. We could not be happier with our new space and highly recommend Archadeck to everyone we know! Thanks again Ben and Archadeck!
Extremely happy with my "Cigar Lounge" project! Ben and his teams (a lot of different disciplines to the project) did a GREAT job! Sure, there were a couple of hiccups, but Ben stood by his word until I was happy (no extra charge). That's the kind of honest guy you want. And, he's come back to fix a couple of unforeseen issues after the completion of the project. I highly recommend Ben and Archadeck of Grand Rapids. It's nice to know that he can lean on his Corporate headquarters, and also pull information from other Archadeck branches from around the country. Tremendous experience.
