Jack is great. My phone battery needed to be replaced, which turned out to be more complex than originally expected. When the new battery didn't fix the issue, Jack ordered a second replacement and made it clear that I would not be paying unless the problem was fully resolved (which it was!). Service was incredibly fast and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

6 star!! The quickest and most professional and most cost-efficient. I've been calling around a lot of places in town to get my phone screen fixed, and they all let me to wait for 2ish days. Arbor Mac takes my appointment in 2 hours and fixed my phone in 10 minutes. Jack you should really consider a job in stand-up comedy. I promise yall this is the repair shop you have been looking for.

Great service from a genuinely cool guy. Brought in two older passed down iPhones, and he diagnosed and cured one, and gave me honest advice on how I should approach the second - as it needed more intense repair to where the cost would not justify the result. I appreciated his understanding nature, and how he fully lays out expectations. Jack adjusts to the customer and with my tech background, it was refreshing to hear the technical issues which further helped build my confidence that this guy knows what he's doing! Highly recommend checking him out if you're in the area and you have any issue with your device.

Jack was very good-natured and helpful. He fixed my problem cheaply and in about five minutes. It was a great experience in an increasingly annoying world.

This is the best place for a MacBook repair. I spilled a pitcher of water on my keyboard and Jack fixed my laptop within a day. A different repair place quoted me $350 minimum but here it cost $150. He is incredibly honest, quick, and talented!
