While Taylor was good to talk to on the phone and appears to be well versed, he is lacking in preparation and safety. Taylor called with less than 12 hours notice to attempt to install a sprinkler system and was not planning to call dig safe even though we have a high-voltage transformer in a yard that would need to be crossed 2-3 times to install sprinklers. I asked if that was standard operating procedure and was told it was not necessary, which is contrary to my understanding. Additionally when Taylor was asked if he was fully insured and for what value to understand the protection that was in place in the event an underground line be dama...While Taylor was good to talk to on the phone and appears to be well versed, he is lacking in preparation and safety. On top of that he said he planned to show up the next day to install the sprinkler and everything would be fine. However, the next day no one showed up and no one has contacted me back regardless of multiple attempts to contact Taylor to understand the issue. It was only through one of his laborers that I learned I apparently "asked to many questions" for a $5000 sprinkler system install, all of which are standard questions one asks a contractor before a job. It was very unprofessional the way his field laborer acted as well as how Taylor, the owner, handled this situation. Just something to keep in mind in case you want a sprinkler system and have questions....apparently this won't be your guy.
