To date I have been waiting for over 20 months for the owner of appliances by design to make good on his word of replacing damaged doors on GE Cafe appliances I paid for in Jan 2024…. The damage was noted upon delivery. Jeremy said absolutely we will fix the damage. All said with a smile and an assuredness that I trusted ….however, Just lies over and over
Be careful if you decide to spend thousands of dollars on new appliances with This guy. He makes you believe what he says and then

5 Stars is not enough!!!! Incredible staff and truly local. After living here for 14 years, it is incredible to watch a family ran business succeed here on the island based on real customer relationships. Jeremy and family are rock stars. Extremely poor customer service. Contractor came out for my washing machine. Told me some parts needed to be replaced but for meantime I could run small loads. When he left I ran a small load and it didn’t work. Called him back out and he acknowledged I wouldn’t be able to use it. This company charged me for two visits and management is defending the contractor. I explained to him had the contractor said not to use it, I wouldn’t have tried. But when I’m told I can use it and it doesn’t work, I’m going to inquire. He had it up and running when he was troubleshooting it. Following up to the businesses response. I am the customer because I am the one who has the issue. You weren’t here when the technician said the washer would work. There is no logical sense in being told something doesn’t work and then immediately calling you back. This is only personal because you decided to double charge and refuse to refund the second charge. I am going out of my way to inform others so they don’t have to deal with you the way I had. I prefer small businesses to large corporations but not your business. You could’ve resolved this a long time ago by owning up to your technicians mistake. It should t have become a big deal but you wanting to put the blame on the customer is only making it worse. Again, I stand by everything I’ve said and how I’ve been treated. Please avoid this company at all costs.
