I recently had an a issue with my washer, called Matt and Appliance Works and he was able to come sooner than expected, he knew immmediately what the problem was and fixed it in a very timely manner. He provided great service and communication, which is rare these days so I really appreciate when I see a business that still has such traits.
Matt was great to work with, from my initial "I need help" text through the initial diagnosis and the final repair. Great communication and timeliness. Couldn't ask for more in a service provider and I'll definitely call Matt first, the next time I have an appliance repair need!
I highly recommend Matt. I've had him fix my gas oven and most recently my washing machine. He is very reasonably priced and does great work. On top of that, he is a super nice guy.
