Called around a bunch of different places to get my washer fixed , these guys were very friendly and gave me the best price. Also, they were able to schedule an appt for the very next day, when sears and a few other places offered to wait a week. A guy named Ed came over, was very polite, very nice and very professional. Fixed my problem within about half an hour, gave me a receipt and warranty. Again, very professional. Great customer service!
Appliance Techie is a great and responsive company. I contacted them via email regarding my dishwasher, which wasn't starting. After trading a few messages (and a quick video of the machine and its blinking lights) they were able to diagnose the issue and gave me instructions to fix it without coming to my home. What could have ended up costing me a lot of money for a home diagnostic ended up being fixed quickly and effectively. They were incredibly gracious about it, too. I would definitely use them again.
I called 4 different repair services about a washer issue we were having that no one wanted to repair because it was too complicated (this is after paying someone $80 to diagnose the issue). Appliance Techie is the only one who actually spent time on the phone with me and thoroughly explained what was happening with the washer, how it happened, and the cost of every individual part to fix and why we would need each of those parts. Although they could take the repair job and make lots of money on labor, they gave me the honest answers as to why they shouldn't take the job. I was very impressed with the time that was taken to speak with me a... My oven stopped heating, I called Appliance Techie yesterday and they got people out today and had it working within the hour. They were super nice, explained to me what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. I am super happy with their service and it's nice to know who I can call if another appliance gives me issues.
I have an LG washing machine I needed service. Appliance Techie came within a few hours of my call. Did a complete diagnostic analysis of my machine. Found the problem to be the main power board, a very costly system to replace. We decided it would probably be best to replace the machine. I was very happy with Ed's honesty. I would highly recommend this company.
