Kevin came out the next morning and was able to fix my issue that day in a timing matter. So thankful I did not have to replace my whole refrigerator ! He was very professional and affordable. Highly recommend Appliance Service and Kevin Glass!!!!
Kevin is top notch. Repaired our refrigerator with a new set of seloniod valves. Very professional and courteous. The charges were very reasonable. Would recommend in a heart beat.
Kevin was SO helpful! We had a brand new dishwasher in the home we bought and he came to look at both it and our broken clothes dryer. In the process of fixing our dishwasher he also fixed our garbage disposal. He was great on the dryer - very knowledgeable. Took it down to the bare parts and then repaired it for a fair price. And he had all the parts on hand. Top notch! He’s your guy.
Update: I posted my initial review 9 years ago, and it still holds true today. Do yourself a favor and don't use a different company just because of time constraints or availability - you may find yourself calling Appliance Service of Lexington and Kevin to come anyway because going with another company resulted in a poor/incorrect (and overpriced) job. I would continue to recommend Kevin and his amazing service on any job they offer. I never feel overcharged or left wondering if the job was handled correctly. Amazing service!! He found more than one specific thing wrong with my washer but kept me informed on pricing and the process the entire time. He did not overcharge or make up things that needed to be fixed in order to get more money. Everything he told me made sense with the way my washer had been acting. The price was more than affordable. Kevin also asked if there was anything else that needed to be looked at while he was here. I would definitely recommend Kevin and the company to anyone!
