Stacey responded to my message first thing Monday morning and immediately began researching the issue to see if there was a simple solution. Once it was clear that a service call was needed, she scheduled me for the very next day. Doug arrived right on time, was wonderful with our dog, and resolved the issue quickly and professionally. He even took the extra step of reconnecting our dryer vent before he left. Working with Appliance Service Company is always a positive experience, and Stacey and Doug certainly reinforced that once again.

What a great company! I had a problem with my dryer. Called Appliance Service Company and Stacey answered. She kindly listened and scheduled us for a service call on NY Eve! The technician, Joe, arrived within the two hour window, diagnosed the problem and shared the cost. He stuck to that cost even after another concern presented itself. It is rare to find a company that is both transparent and trustworthy. Thanks Stacey and Joe for taking providing such great service. I highly recommend ASC!

Had a truly fantastic experience using this company. Called in the morning about my oven doing some funky things and had an appointment scheduled for the same afternoon. Doug came by to check out the issue and he is absolutely incredible at his job. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and explain everything thoroughly to me. Very transparent pricing as well which is a huge plus! Everything is back up and running and I'm keeping their number handy for any other appliance that acts up. Really excellent all around!
