He even tested the drain line for backflow. Now the dishwasher runs quieter and cleans better than it ever has.

The dryer would spin but never heat up. The tech quickly diagnosed a burned-out heating element. He replaced it and took the extra time to clear a surprising amount of lint from the vent system. He said it was on the verge of being a fire hazard. After the repair, he ran two cycles to confirm stable temperatures. I really appreciated that he went beyond the obvious problem and made sure everything was safe and clean. The machine now dries faster and runs quieter. He also gave clear advice on how often to clean the vent and what signs to watch for.

My dishwasher was not working so I called this repair shop, Appliance Service Center, and the technician said there was nothing wrong with the dishwasher. But the Appliance Technician discovered an issue with the electrical outlet. An electrical technician came out and successfully repaired the outlet, so when we plugged in the dishwasher, we could see smoke and smell something burning. Well as a conclusion the motor to the dishwasher had burned out, yet the technician said the dishwasher was okay. I’m so disappointed and unfortunately I would not recommend this company.

Will repaired our freezer that started building up ice on the inside walls. He found a faulty defrost thermostat and a clogged drain tube. He replaced the thermostat, flushed the drain, and even ran a manual defrost cycle to clear the buildup. Will explained what caused the issue and how to prevent it. The guy was sharp, didn’t waste time, and worked really clean. Freezer’s been stable and frost-free ever since.
