Mike showed up to fix our washing machine that wouldn’t complete a cycle. He found a faulty water level sensor that wasn’t sending the right signal. Replaced it quickly and stayed to test a full wash with towels. He also checked the drain pump just to be safe. Mike explained how sensors can misfire when there’s detergent buildup and gave me advice on cleaner usage. Professional and easy to talk to. Really appreciate that he didn’t try to rush through it.

Fridge was making weird whirring sounds and the bottom drawers weren’t staying cold. The tech diagnosed a bad evaporator fan and a partially blocked defrost drain. He replaced the fan, flushed the drain, and cleaned behind the unit. It’s now running quietly and evenly cooled throughout. Fast, tidy, and professional.

Our refrigerator suddenly started acting unpredictable. The display would flash and the temperature inside kept changing. The technician ran a diagnostic test and discovered the control board had started failing. After installing the new board he restarted the system and let it run through a full cooling cycle. The compressor and fans responded normally again and the temperature stabilized pretty quickly. It was impressive how smoothly everything worked after the repair. The fridge has been running perfectly since and groceries stay fresh again.

Our AC system suddenly stopped cooling the house even though the indoor fan was running. The technician inspected the outdoor unit and discovered the compressor capacitor had failed. Without that capacitor the compressor could not start the cooling cycle. After installing the replacement capacitor he restarted the system and monitored the pressure levels. Cold air returned through the vents almost immediately and the house cooled down quickly again.

Dishwasher stopped spraying water halfway through the cycle. The tech ran diagnostics and found the circulation pump had failed. He replaced it and checked the entire plumbing connection under the sink to be sure there weren’t any flow issues. After testing a full cycle, he confirmed the spray arms were spinning properly and water pressure was normal. What stood out was how careful he was not to scratch the cabinets or flooring. He even tested the drain line for backflow. Now the dishwasher runs quieter and cleans better than it ever has.

The dryer would spin but never heat up. The tech quickly diagnosed a burned-out heating element. He replaced it and took the extra time to clear a surprising amount of lint from the vent system. He said it was on the verge of being a fire hazard. After the repair, he ran two cycles to confirm stable temperatures. I really appreciated that he went beyond the obvious problem and made sure everything was safe and clean. The machine now dries faster and runs quieter. He also gave clear advice on how often to clean the vent and what signs to watch for.

My dishwasher was not working so I called this repair shop, Appliance Service Center, and the technician said there was nothing wrong with the dishwasher. But the Appliance Technician discovered an issue with the electrical outlet.
An electrical technician came out and successfully repaired the outlet, so when we plugged in the dishwasher, we could see smoke and smell something burning. Well as a conclusion the motor to the dishwasher had burned out, yet the technician said the dishwasher was okay.
I’m so disappointed and unfortunately I would not recommend this company.

Will repaired our freezer that started building up ice on the inside walls. He found a faulty defrost thermostat and a clogged drain tube. He replaced the thermostat, flushed the drain, and even ran a manual defrost cycle to clear the buildup. Will explained what caused the issue and how to prevent it. The guy was sharp, didn’t waste time, and worked really clean. Freezer’s been stable and frost-free ever since.
