Oven kept running too hot and burning food on the bottom. The technician tested it and said the temperature sensor was off. He replaced it and checked the temp with his own meter to make sure it matched the setting. After that, everything cooked evenly again. I baked right after he left just to check and it came out perfect. Definitely fixed the problem.

Ice maker stopped filling and just sat there doing nothing. The tech checked the water supply and found the inlet valve wasn’t opening. He replaced it, flushed the line, and ran a few cycles to make sure water was flowing correctly. Ice started dropping again before he even packed up. He also mentioned replacing the filter more often to avoid buildup. Everything works like it should now, no noise, no delays.

When the weather suddenly warmed up our AC started blowing warm air instead of cold. The technician inspected the outdoor unit and found a failed capacitor preventing the compressor from starting. After replacing the part he checked the refrigerant pressure and ran the system through a full cooling cycle. Cold air returned almost immediately and the airflow felt stronger than before. He also rinsed the condenser coils and explained how dust buildup can reduce efficiency. The house cooled down within minutes.

AC started blowing, but the air wasn’t really cold, more like slightly cool at best. With the heat picking up, that wasn’t going to work. The technician checked both indoor and outdoor units and found the temperature sensor was off and the coils were dirty. He cleaned everything, replaced the sensor, and tested the system. Within minutes, you could feel the difference. Air came out properly cold again. He also mentioned how dust buildup reduces efficiency over time. It was one of those fixes that instantly made the house comfortable again. Glad I didn’t wait any longer.

Washer was barely filling and would just sit there forever before starting. I thought it was a control issue, but the tech checked the water flow and found the inlet valve was clogged and failing. He replaced it, flushed the line, and tested a full cycle. Everything worked like normal again. What I liked was that he actually showed me the buildup inside the old valve. Made it clear why it stopped working. Simple fix, but done right.

Art came out to fix our dishwasher that wouldn’t drain. He found a blockage in the drain hose and cleared it out. Then he ran a full cycle to make sure it worked. Everything drained properly and no more standing water. Art worked clean and didn’t waste time.

Wade came out to check our dryer that kept shutting off before clothes were dry. He tested the airflow and found the high limit thermostat had failed. After replacing it he cleaned out a surprising amount of lint from the internal duct. The dryer now runs through the entire cycle without stopping and the drying time is noticeably shorter. The whole repair was quick and very clean. Really appreciated the clear explanation of what caused the overheating.

I almost gave up on my washer after it kept stopping mid-cycle and flashing random errors. Decided to call Appliance Service Center just to see what they’d say. The tech showed up on time, ran diagnostics, and found the issue was a faulty control board and a loose wire. He fixed both on the spot and stayed to run a full cycle. No errors, no interruptions. What I liked most was that he didn’t jump to replacing everything. He actually took the time to figure it out properly. Washer’s been running smoothly since. Definitely a good call reaching out.

Freezer started building up thick ice behind the panel and eventually stopped freezing properly. I tried defrosting it myself but it came right back. The technician found the defrost heater had failed and the system wasn’t cycling correctly. He replaced the heater, cleared all the ice, and tested the defrost cycle. After that, the temperature stabilized and everything froze evenly again. He also explained why manual defrosting doesn’t solve the root problem. I appreciated the honesty and the time he took to explain it.

Sonny came to check our oven that was heating unevenly. Some parts would burn while others stayed undercooked. He tested it and found the temperature sensor was off. Replaced it and calibrated the oven. After that, everything cooked evenly again. Sonny was easy to deal with, explained things clearly, and didn’t overstay. Just fixed the issue and made sure it worked.

Dryer stopped drying properly and clothes came out damp even after two cycles. The tech opened it up and found the heating element had burned out and there was heavy lint buildup inside. He replaced the element, cleaned the entire airflow path, and tested it with a full cycle. After that, it dried everything in one run. He also showed how lint builds up deeper than the filter. That alone made the service worth it. Now it runs quieter and much more efficiently.

Washer started making a loud banging noise during spin, to the point where we avoided using it at night. The technician checked the suspension system and found the shock absorbers were worn out. He replaced them, adjusted the leveling, and tested it with a load. Completely different sound after that. Quiet, stable, no more movement. He also mentioned that these parts wear out over time, especially with heavy loads. Makes sense now. Glad it was fixable and not something worse.
