10/10 I definitely recommend this company. John was very professional and helped me with a warranty compressor replacement on my LG refrigerator. He handled all the phone calls and paperwork required by the warranty, which saved me a lot of hassle. The work was done quickly, and my fridge is back to normal. Highly recommend👍🏻

Had a WONDERFUL experience with FIXIT-UA. They are now in my phone as my "Go-To" company for ANY appliance repair! Knowledgeable, fast to get an appointment, fast to get in the parts and fast to have the repair completed. All of that, (including getting the parts needed; belt, rollers and belt lever) for my specific Whirlpool model and the dryer was fixed in less than 24 hours. This price was less than HALF of what the diagnostic charge was thru Sears Repair. I called Sears first based on their familiar name, who was booking over a week out, then NEVER SHOWED on that day of appointment. FIXIT-UA answered my call on the FIRST ring, by a real... I typically do these kind of repairs myself, but was not able due to a torn rotator cuff. The price was so reasonable and the service so good, I'm calling them to do any repairs in the future. Couldn't be happier. I actually would give them 10 stars out of 5, I'm THAT pleased!
Highly recommend. John was able to come out quickly after we called and was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue with our freezer and ordered the replacement part to fix it. He kept us informed as soon as the part was arriving and set up a second visit to do the repair. He had great communication and very fair pricing. Would not hesitate to use him again for any of our appliance needs.
EXCELLENT SERVICE! Called the retail store I bought the dishwasher from and they put me on the schedule for JANUARY (three weeks out). Not a good answer with the holidays coming up! Did a Google search and saw APPLIANCE FIX IT UA pop up with great reviews. I gave them a call, left a message and they got back to me in 20 minutes. THEY SCHEDULED ME FOR THE SAME DAY! Tech came out when promised, diagnosed the problem in short order, showed me the bad pump and explained what was wrong with it. The shop was closed so I had to wait till the next day for him to come back with the new pump. He let me know he would be back earlier than scheduled... EXCELLENT SERVICE!
