Had quoted time been 10-1. He was there around 10:30a. Professional, clean, friendly, honest. Got the job done. He was thorough but fast. He had quoted us 2 possible scenarios and it ended up being the cheaper option. Overall very good. Recommended.
Mr. Strazdas was quick to add me to his schedule. He asked several questions to get an idea of what may be causing the problem with my barely one year old dishwasher. It ended up being a dangerous electrical problem which he easily repaired. He knows so much about appliances … and how to get them running smoothly again. While here I asked if he would check out my refrigerator. He took apart the back side and totally cleaned it. I no longer hear the daily high pitched humming sound. I’ll be recommending him to friends and calling for his help with my next appliance issues.
