Jan 9, 2026Would not recommend as follow up customer service is severely lacking/nonexistent. They'll gladly take their diagnostics fee for the initial appointment, destroy your kitchen baseboards and then never respond to you with a quote for the actual oven repair. My initial meeting was with this company on Dec 15th. The service tech was super friendly and seemed knowledgable, was on time and very professional. After diagnostics, aprox 40 min, noted a rep would reach out in a few days with a quote for stove glass top repair and oven part needed for the oven repair. We are now 26 days and there has been no attempt to reach out or respond to inquiry about status of quote/repair.
