I needed help on an appliance that appeared to be damaged in shipping, and Gary came by on his way home at no charge to assess it and provide his opinion. I can't tell you how many businesses I called, and no one would help me in this situation without charging me handsomely. One rarely sees good deeds these days done by people that care and are not out to make every dollar they can.

Their customer service is professional, they showed up on time and explained the issues in detail and repaired everything in a timely manner. This is a great local Father/Son owned and operated business. Geary and Ryan are very knowledgeable with all types of appliance repair. I had them out to fix my dryer switch and they knew just what to do. Had it running again in no time.
