Appliance PRO Repair

Our icemaker stopped working, so I called Appliance Pro Repair. Made an appointment with Rishat for the next day. He arrived promptly after calling when he was on his way, as promised. After spending some time diagnosing the problem, he explained what replacement part we needed, and cost for the part and labor. He had the part on his truck, so it didn't take long to make the repair. In addition, he pointed out that our condenser and fan were very dusty. We have never dusted these, and he explained the dangers of not keep them clean, and he did this cleaning job for us. After he left, we had to wait a couple of hours for the system to ramp up... I had a broken expensive built-in refrigerator that had a broken part that was no longer available. Two repair companies came to diagnose the problem and never returned due to availability issue. I decided to give it one more chance with another repair company. Rishat came, diagnosed the problem very quickly, found similar part that was used in another brand refrigerator with the same quality and repaired. He gave me 1 year warranty for the replaced part. We purchased my newly remodeled home two years ago, with all new appliances included. So much to my surprise two years in, my range hood stopped working. I called one company and they quoted me an outrageous amount to replace the motor which was out. I was quoted twice as much as the cost of the motor itself. They told me I was better off replacing the entire range hood. When I looked into the costs of a new range hood, we found that due to a slope in my kitchen roof, it was going to be a custom job to install. Rishat is the best! He showed up so quickly and was able to fix our dishwasher. We have a Bosch that had an E:15 error code. We have called him a few times and every time has been a wonderful experience.

I came across Appliance PRO in February, after being ingored a couple of times by other companies. Rishat called me back in an hour or so - on a SATURDAY! - and we were able to schedule an appointment to fix our oven that same week. It has been working wonderfully ever since!! So when our dryer started acting up, we called Appliance PRO again. Rishat diagnosed the problem and told us what we needed to do to avoid the problem, and let us know that the dryer is just getting worn out and that it would cost almost as much to fix the motor as it would to buy a new one. Rishad was absolutely wonderful to work with. He arrived on time, very quickly diagnosed the problem with our washer, and got the pump fixed extremely quickly. He also noticed that the original screws holding it down had corroded and cracked when he attempted to remove them, so he tapped in new ones through the washer lower frame to hold it securely. Fantastic and fast service and his pricing was wonderful. He was also very kind and gentle with our cats, which I know isn't part of appliance repair but they won't tolerate bad people at all.

Rishat to the rescue! Rishat has repaired a couple of appliances for us over the years. Today was a Bosch DW that had a shorted out control panel and damaged plug. Timely, professional, cleans up, very efficient. I highly recommend Rishat.
