new years eve day he came and fixed my washer and left now its 6:45 and I have a bad leak from washer....had to shut the whole house off because they wont respond.....update he called and came back on new years eve and changed a hose and even moped up all the water and above all....no charge......God bless him and Have a great new year!!!!

Got a front load washer and dryer for a great deal! Then was told about a fridge and it was perfect so I got that too. I spent less $ on 3 appliances than I would have if I’d bought one nice fridge from Lowe’s. Great deal! Nice people.

Went in for help with an oven repair. Tim was very helpful and went out of his way to get what I needed. I also purchased a fridge/freezer which was very clean and has worked well.

On Monday 05/19/25 My wife and I had been looking for some reasonably priced appliances for our new home all day. We pulled into the parking lot at 3:54 pm maybe a minute before but that's what time it was on my phone when they walked out and locked the door as we were heading in. Too bad for them because we went down to Big Sandy's and got a really good deal on a brand new refrigerator. I come from a very large metropolitan area where I think that anyone would agree that closing a store at 4 pm is not only counter productive but also not real smart. Appliance Plus was Appliance Negative $900 dollars that day.
