I was very worried that my experience would be poor after reading many negative reviews. I was wrong. They were very kind, honest, and efficient. Their prices are competitive and fair.
I can see where some of the negative reviews may have happened because of mistaking a lack of outgoing southern charm for good service. But the two are not synonymous. The employees were direct, kind, and honest. These qualities are more important for a business than an any sort of charisma. So if you are the fence based on the negative reviews, don't be! They are great!

Horrible experiance. Ordered $65 oven part and paid $51 for 2 day shipping. About a week goes by and I reach out to see where my item was. They made an error and sent to wrong address. No problem. I just asked for the 2 day shipping to be refunded. They proceeded to tell me I recieved 2 day shipping. I said I hadn't because I ordered this part over a week ago. The only way I can get refunded was to cancel order and I replied will do. I never stated that I wanted the item returned. I then went to order the part again, believing we had miscommunication. I waited 2 weeks for normal shipping time for it to arrive only to get a refund 2 weeks late...Horrible experiance. Ordered $65 oven part and paid $51 for 2 day shipping.
