Partially satisfied. I felt the diagnosis for one of the issues was not done properly and involved a lot of guesswork. I had two concerns: 1. The dryer was not working on the normal mode, though it worked on other modes. 2. The washing machine door needed to be reversed, which was done very well. For the first issue, a technician visited my apartment and told me the problem was the hose. He cut the hose in half and said the dryer was fixed, but the issue remained. I was charged for this first visit. He returned for a second visit (for which I was not charged) and then said the dryer’s sensor complex might not be working and that repairing... For the first issue, a technician visited my apartment and told me the problem was the hose. He cut the hose in half and said the dryer was fixed, but the issue remained. I was charged for this first visit. He returned for a second visit (for which I was not charged) and then said the dryer’s sensor complex might not be working and that repairing it would be expensive. I was advised to continue using the machine as it is. I was also told that even if I replaced one of the three sensor parts, it would still be a guess whether the dryer would work. Since cutting the hose did not resolve anything and the final conclusion seemed uncertain, I found the diagnosis to be largely guesswork. Because of this, I am only partially satisfied, despite the door reversal being done very nicely.
