Appliance medic is awesome. My dryer stopped working. Called at 830am had a technician out the same day at 12pm. Thomas is amazing. Great customer service. Walked me thru everything he was doing and checking. Found the problem right away. Fixed it and I am back up and running same day and it was very inexpensive. Appliance and medic will be the only company I ever use in the future. Good luck in the future Thomas you deserve it.
Called this morning to see if Appliance Medic could look at my dishwasher and Gavin was able to fit in my service appt same day! Very professional and friendly. Gavin was great at explaining what the issue was and providing options. Glad I had Appliance Medic come out and would use them again.
Excellent service!! Made an appointment he was prompt and on time. They diagnosed my microwave built in. Ordered parts on Friday afternoon. Made another appointment on Wednesday morning. Arrived on time again!!! No waiting around all day! Replaced the magnatron, and microwave is back working again. Great attitude Excellent service. Will call again if I need any more appliance repairs. Price was fair! Thanks again
