I called them because the door gasket to my dishwasher literally fell off. With a few adjustments, Dmitry was able to reinstall the gasket so everything works again. I was quite impressed. Reasonably priced too. I would highly recommend them.

They use an AI bot to handle all phone calls. Impossible to talk to a human being to get straight answers about the delay in receiving part needed to repair our dryer. Very frustrating. A very poor use of AI technology to "save money" but at the cost of driving away frustrated customers.
