Late to their “window time” on two different occasions. Extremely hard to get a phone number that actually gets you to someone that knows what actually going on. When the technician finally came during a scheduled “window” he struggled to get the frozen ice out. I brought him blow dryers to help and he refused but 20 minutes later he still couldn’t get it out so he used them. 10 outta of 10 would not use again!

The technician was not professional. He did not seem to be what he was doing and not honest either. The technician did not give me a honest diagnostic on my my appliance took the $100 and out he went. I kept calling and at the end Remics repair sent me a diagnostic with a ridiculous price just to replace the agitator $485.00 a new washer machine costs $500. This was my 1st and las time calling Remics for appliance repairs. Bad service!
