I wish I could give zero stars. I contacted Appliance Man in January 2026 for a simple oven gasket replacement — it is now April 2026, and the repair is still not complete. Over the past three months, the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The technician is consistently unavailable and impossible to reach. He promises callbacks that never come. Parts were supposedly ordered, only for us to later find out they were returned to sender and had to be reordered — adding weeks of delay. And to top it all off, they ordered the WRONG parts entirely. When the technician did finally show up, he replaced the oven filters — something we... I wish I could give zero stars. I contacted Appliance Man in January 2026 for a simple oven gasket replacement — it is now April 2026, and the repair is still not complete. When the technician did finally show up, he replaced the oven filters — something we never asked for — instead of the oven door gasket that was specifically requested from day one. Three months later, the actual problem still hasn't been fixed. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This company has shown zero accountability, poor communication, and a complete lack of professionalism. I will not be using Appliance Man again.
