Had a problem with a 5 year old dryer not heating. Took it apart and discovered issue could have been one of several parts. Called Appliance Man and the woman in the parts department was very helpful - and as I had more questions she transferred me to a tech. John stuck with me through 3 different phone calls and helped me finally figure out what the issue was. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and (fortunately) patient (insert smiley face thing here). Can not give them a high enough rating based on this experience - and will certainly shop/buy from them going forward and use them for my appliance service calls as well. Just to add -... Came in to the shop with a dryer heating element that had a melted wire off the thermal fuse. I thought I would at least be buying a new thermal fuse and possibly the heating element. The two men at the front desk were polite and didn’t hesitate to help. They checked the heating element, thermal fuse, and thermostat and found them to be in good working order. The older gentleman disappeared to the back area and came back bearing the exact wire I needed to replace. To top it off, they wouldn’t even charge me for it. Great customer service!

I highly recommend ApplianceMan in Sandy, UT, for all your appliance needs. I initially called for advice on which Gas Ranges to stay away from based on repair calls. I decided to purchase a highly rated competitively priced KitchenAid gas range. The delivery was scheduled for three days later. I called two days later and asked If delivery could happen that day (a day early). My salesman Branden (on his day off) loaded up, delivered and helped me install. When I come across excellent customer service like this, not only did they gain an ongoing future customer, but I need to document this story. Hats off to the owner John and Branden who went...
