My dryer wasn't working. Stan arrived on time, knew exactly what the issue was, took the entire dryer apart, replaced the necessary parts - was knowledgable and a true pro. I will call him for ALL of my appliance repairs as he does everything!

I will give 5 stars for Appliance Insight. I used Stan for my dishwasher that was leaking water and hissing from underneath . I was able to pull out the dishwasher and could see that the unit connecting the hose had a hair line leak. I called Appliance Insight as I google and the shop was near by. I was able to send a pic and video and Stan said it was the water pump. I gave him the model number and he told me how to find the Dishwasher model on the side door . He said it would be $220.00 for the repair and he came over the next day. Fixed and out in 30 minutes. The price in my opinion was great . The pump was probably 80 to 100 bucks. Labor... Stan was great from start to finish. The job turned out to be more involved than expected, including two return visits because of glitches with our older Miele washing machine. Despite the extra time required, Stan stuck with the job and his price was very fair. Communication was great, scheduling was easy, and Stan clearly takes pride in his work. I’d call him again in a heartbeat.

Stan was great. I was missing the gas hose part for my dryer and he was kind enough to go to Home Depot for me twice and figure out the size and type of hose I needed. He didn’t give up until he was able to fix my problem. He converted my dryer from propane to natural gas and hooked it up for me. He even drove all the way to Fullerton from Hollywood to do this service for me. My dryer works perfectly now!! Thank you so much Stan I would highly recommend him and his services.

Stan did a fantastic job putting on a belt for my old Maytag dryer. He really went the extra mile and stayed to listen for any more problems. After a couple minutes the dryer started to make a sound again. Stan found out that it was a broken piece in the blower that was most likely over heating the engine of the pulley motor and snapping the belt. That same day he was able to order a new blower fan and install it. I would highly recommend his expertise and services.
