Nice repair person. I felt like he honestly wanted to take care of the situation (fridge beeping at me for no reason) and make sure I was happy with the result. Issue was resolved successfully at what I thought was a reasonable price for the diagnosis and repair.

A little bit of a racket on the service charges. You give them the model and serial number and tell them what is broken. The techs come out and don’t fix anything but they just look at the thing that they know is not working and write down the serial number and find the part. This could all be done without them coming out and they could save the trip and money especially in the case where the part isn’t available. They didn’t test anything or do anything literally nothing except for write down a serial number that they already had to find a part that they already knew…when I called to explain this I was disrespected and wasn’t really heard. Disappointing service and customer service and overall experience. I would recommend going with another service provider.

Don’t even bother.
