A tech came the same day to diagnose the problem and came back to repair the next day. The only thing that could have made it better would have been that the tech came to the first appointment with some replacement parts in his truck and done the repair the same day. Thank you!

We had a problem with our washing machine and the service tech guy who came out and diagnosed the issue was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. This was my first review and I gave him five stars. Now I’m giving three stars but should give one. We purchased the part he told us was the issue and it turns out that wasn’t the problem after all. The machine still doesn’t work. Now we are out $350 because the part was a special order. We called the customer service line and explained what happened and we have yet to hear back from their manager.
