Ahmed called 10 minutes prior to arrival, was pleasant and efficient. He solved and fixed our issue in minutes. We sent an email and had a call back within minutes. Someone could have been sent that afternoon, but we needed to be out, so Ahmed came in the morning. We will not hesitate to use Appliance Fix Experts again. Oh...and he told us the best product to clean our machine. Very happy!

I called the Bosch help line explained what my dishwasher was not doing and asked for an Austin recommendation for a repairer who knew and been trained on their appliances and was given the phone number of Superior Appliances. When I called and spoke with Alex at 1 pm and he said he would send a repairman that same day between 3-7. A few minutes before 3, i received a call from Ethan saying he was on the way and by 4 pm he had quickly inspected situation and recognized that disposal was not working also and quickly using switches on the wall and had both working again. Was able to use both shortly after he left and now 24 hrs after visit all working still working perfectly and the initial visit fee covered it all with no further charges. Very quick response and very quick and efficient problem solving! Thanks guys!
