Update: after a week and much hemming and hawing, they did in fact deliver the correct unit, but the installation guys didn't fully hook up the dryer. I can't believe this issue had to go to regional and district managers who *still* made the wrong call. After visiting the three large chain stores that sell appliances, I was giving up on good customer service and finding a white microwave in stock. I walked into Appliance Factory and was immediately greeted and helped by Bryan. I told him what I was looking for, and he listened to my needs and found a white microwave that was in stock for pick up at the main warehouse.
