Apple West Town Mall

The Apple Store is conveniently located right inside one of the main entrances of the mall, which makes it super easy to find. The staff here are fantastic—always friendly, knowledgeable, and patient no matter how busy it gets. And that’s saying something, because this place is a madhouse at all times. Whether it’s a weekday morning or a weekend evening, it’s always packed with people. Still, despite the constant chaos, the employees manage to keep things moving efficiently and deliver great customer service. If you need help or a repair, it’s definitely worth the trip—just be prepared for the crowds!

I really appreciate the store associates here at the Knoxville location for assisting me and helping me have a great experience. Every single one of the employees I worked with at the store was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond to help me get taken care of in regards to my phone issue. What an awesome team, thank you for what you all do!

In-store experience is usually pretty good, but I have to say I'm extremely unhappy after mine today. I bought a new phone and the technician assured me I would be able to set up my phone on my own. I turned my old phone in for trade at the store. I have been spinning in circles for 2 hours trying to set the phone up and there is no way past the verification screen for my carrier to verify my identity (through sending a text to my phone which I turned in to the store) without now having to go into a physical T Mobile store for them to clear this screen. Apple is a busy store a-lot going on and a bit noisy at times. The techs are friendly and knowledgeable and usually get you in and out quickly. I needed help with my iPhone software update of iOS 26.2. I had a nice experience at the genius bar…go check them out if you’re having any problems with your digital devices there very helpful, friendly and no questions are dumb to answer.

What a Super Experience at the West Town Mall Apple Store. My wife’s iPhone was toast…we thought. Black screen…unable to use at all. We made an appointment …got there early and in 14 minutes we were out. The technician that assisted us was Excellent, courteous and so very knowledgeable. Explained what was wrong and in a blink he was done. We were ready to purchase a new iPhone if necessary..but was able to retrieve hers from death row. My advice..never..never enter Accessibility without knowing exactly what you are doing..we didn’t..
