decent products overall, but if it’s not working right, take it back just get your money back and come back a week later and buy a new one. got an Apple Watch series 2 and could not get it to work right to start with switched to spectrum they couldn’t do it switched to T-Mobile. They ran the IME number whatever it is and said it was an iPad. I said no it’s a watch took it back to Apple. They said it’s fine. Doesn’t receive text. I have an LTE plan has never worked like it’s supposed to. So if you’re getting a watch and it doesn’t work in the first three days, take it back immediately don’t let them tell you the next software update will fix...

I really like Apple products, but my experience at this store was very disappointing. We came during a quiet time, yet the employees were busy chatting and ignored my questions. I was trying to trade in my iPad, and the staff said it needed to be charged. However, they plugged it into an outlet that wasn’t working, so after waiting for half an hour, nothing happened. I eventually used my own phone to check and found out there was no power in that outlet. I don’t think this level of service matches the quality and reputation of Apple’s products.

This was a really neat experience that I had at the Apple Store for the first time I had sign language to use as the sales reps way of communicating with me and I with him through this interactive sign language interpreter. It was really a unique experience and I enjoyed it and I believe he didtoo, so thanks Apple Store that was cool. I purchased a new watchband for my Apple series 7 watch pictured below!
