It is fantastic when you meet people who love what they do, and do what they do in excellence. That’s what I encountered today. It’s a really cool environment, and great people. Full of knowledge. Mine was a MacBook Pro repair, and they did it precisely and quickly and extremely affordably. I highly recommend them. Just great people to be around…
👎 DO NOT bring your devices here for any repairs!!!!!!👎 Brought my daughter's iphone here for a repair- it had NO physical damage at all, the problem was the phone kept showing the apple symbol & was not powering on! Requested to have her stuff backed up prior to restoration, if it was needed. They kept the phone for almost 2 weeks total! After about a week, they told me a part was "ordered" and would be recieved no later than 4 more days from then! Six days later, They called & said I had drive there & pay for more cloud storage so that they could upload her stuff. On the way there, they called back & said by the way, I forgot to tell you... 👎 DO NOT bring your devices here for any repairs!!!!!!👎 Brought my daughter's iphone here for a repair- it had NO physical damage at all, the problem was the phone kept showing the apple symbol & was not powering on! Which at that point, that pretty much exceeds the value of the trade in for the phone. So now, the worth is $0 because the face id will never work again! I still went there & paid for more cloud storage but i was not pleased. Then several days later, with no further update on the repair, I called and they stated that they WERE able to back up her stuff onto the cloud!!! Days later again, I was now frustrated and proceeded to go & just pick it up. When I got there, they said it's"No charge"! Well, Of course not!! They did NOT fix anything, they only caused physical damage to my device! And yet once again, the guy stated & reassured me 100% that my her stuff WAS indeed backed up onto the cloud!!!! Only to find out...that it was NOT backed up AT ALL! Completely lied in saying that it was, TWICE!!!! Horrible customer service!! I DO NOT suggest this place for repairs!!! They are careless, rude and arrogant! Employee's lied, damaged my device and fixed NOTHING!! Costing me more money by bringing it here!! Here's a picture of the device upon pick up! I am highly unsatisfied with this place, to say the least!!!! 😲😠😡 UNBELIEVABLE!
Love them!!! They have always been so helpful explaining things to this Gen-Xer and my Boomer mom! I never feel rushed. You can tell they know what they’re talking about.
