Had a house with windows that either could not stay up, mechanical latches broken, or glass where the seal was broken. I knew the windows were easily over 35 years old yet had to be dealt with to be functional.
I called Apollo to have someone come out to say that it was either something I could fix, something they could fix or that it was time for new windows.
When Dale came out he literally had me take the time to let him examine each window (17 total) and detail the fixes needed. Having taken that time, he said all could be fixed and prepared the estimate for the springs, latches, glass etc. I was happy to accept his offer.

Steven came out and was diligent, polite and totally experienced and went right to work. Aside from being polite and hard working, he even went the distance to assure me that if any window did not operate correctly to call and he would come out for any adjustment needed.
The final cost was about 20% of new windows. The kicker was the neighbor asking me if I got new windows.
These people know windows from complete repair to installation. I have used this company over the last 15 years and each time I experience the same satisfaction.

Very courteous and knowledgeable staff! Lots of knowledge on replacing glass in a very old sturdy door. Quality work (glass was precut and ready for installation upon arrival) and staff cleaned up well afterwards. FIVE STARS APOLLO!
