they must be great as our generator would only be ready in 6 weeks. but they actually would not repair our brand of generator. but here is where it showed, gave me name and address for a place that will.
The folks here were very kind and knowledgeable when my father and I were trying to get a new trash pump. They even prepped the pump for us and went above and beyond with service. If I ever need any more equipment i am making the long drive to their store again as I believe their prices and service is well worth it compared to other stores.
I have had my Honda 2000 generator serviced by APD since I’ve owned it with no problems. This last time I took it in and now they are telling me that it is blown up, but three days before taking it in. I used it and it ran just fine, I did notice some white smoke coming out of the exhaust, but besides that it powered my trailer with no problems and started up and ran until it was out of a tank of gas. Oddly enough One of my friends took his big Honda generator Over there and they told him the same thing that it was blowed up. They gave It back to him in pieces so he figured out how to put it back together and it is still running to this day.
