Called at 7am about a dryer issue and William answered and came out later in the afternoon. He got our problem fixed and hs taken care of real quick. I even asked about another issue with a different appliance and he looked it over thoroughly, made some call and then gave us a good quote.
This is a great company, locally owned, and has good people that value their customers and treat them well.

We are so thankful that William was able to make time for a same day service call on a Saturday. I called multiple service providers and he is the only one that returned my call on a Saturday. He was informative and explained the issue and repair process. He returned the next day to complete the repairs. During his visit he also addressed issues we were having with our stove. I would recommend William at AP1 because of his timeliness of response, efficiency of repairs and he is a great communicator.
